S30 Studio (or, at its inception, Set 30) is the brainchild of Luke Faulkner and Ret Hartley - two best mates from Wellington, New Zealand.

After owning and operating over ten F45s, one of them being a flagship launch of the brand in Singapore, Luke and Ret both set their sights on a fitness concept that had their stamp on it. An immersive experience with elements of sight, sound and smell, taking the stigma out of group classes by adding in a weight component, and a heavy focus on building community through activations and events in and outside of the gym - all of this combined, S30 was born.
